Americans Lose It, After Donald Trump Jr. Attacks The Trump “Resistance” With A Tasteless Tweet

Donald Trump Jr. took at aimed at the protestors who assembled to oppose his father in London on Friday, calling them “bats— crazy.”

“If this is the ‘resistance’ I’m really glad I’m on the non-bats— crazy side,” Trump Jr. wrote.

Trump was reacting to an image of protestors posing in front of a 20-foot-tall “Trump baby blimp,” which took to the sky during the protests in London.

Several other right-leaning Twitter users also fired shots at the protests, largely over the size and use of the “baby blimp,” which was modeled after Trump.

Over 250,000 people came together for the truly massive demonstration in London. Trump was visiting the city as part of a trip to the United Kingdom, however, his schedule largely kept him out of London and thus away from the protests.

Trump recently claimed in an interview with the British tabloid The Sun on Thursday that the high volume of protests in London made him feel “unwelcome.”

“I used to love London as a city,” Trump said. “I haven’t been there in a long time. But when they make you feel unwelcome, why would I stay there?”

President Trump’s visit to London went off the rails after he criticized British Prime Minister Theresa May during an interview with a Britsh newspaper.

Trump claimed May didn’t take his advice on Brexit negotiations, stating: “I would have done it much differently. I actually told Theresa May how to do it, but she didn’t listen to me.”

And when questioned if he would be prepared to step away from the negotiating table, he replied: “Oh, absolutely. I think what is going on is very unfortunate. Too long.”

“You know, deals that take too long are never good ones. When a deal takes so long, they never work out very well.”
