It’s been a crazy couple of weeks in America with Trump off of American soil and Democratic victories sweeping the nation, it’s hard not to feel just a little glimmer of hope.
However, it has not been without it’s controversies, Alabama Senator Roy Moore has come under a wave of accusations for allegedly have several sexual relationships with teenage girls while he was in his early 30’s. An Incident that has spilt the Republican party in two, with those supporting Moore attacking the whose are not in an all out right-winged civil war of words
However, President Donald Trump’s 12-day trip to Asia coming to an end this week, and he actually almost got through it without escalating the rising tensions with North Korea. But as The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah confirmed Monday night, Trump just couldn’t help but respond to Kim Jong Un, who branded him an “old lunatic.”
“Why would Kim Jong-un insult me by calling me “old,” when I would NEVER call him short and fat? Oh well, I try so hard to be his friend – and maybe someday that will happen!”
“Donald Trump was like, I’ve got 280 now,” the host joked, before showing Trump’s passive-aggressive response on Twitter.

“It’s a little bit weird for Donald Trump to diss Kim Jong Un’s weight when they have pretty much the same body type,” Noah said. “I’m not judging, but I just think people who live in gingerbread houses shouldn’t throw scones.”
Noah also thought it was quite strange that Trump focused in on the North Korean leader’s use of the word “old” to describe him. “So the ‘lunatic’ thing, you’re OK with that?” he asked.
