Whenever Jeff Sessions is in front of the House Judiciary Committee it’s nothing but frustration. Our Attorney General conveniently “can’t recall” a number of answers to a litany of important questions. He often relies of that “lack of memory” to skirt by queries that would, otherwise, incriminate himself and others with honest responses. And while this little a**-kissing elf normally dances around topics, he was very direct about his stance on the potential of starting a special task force to investigate Hillary Clinton and the Uranium One deal.
For some reason, a handful of Trump supporting, GOP members of Congress still consider the battle between Donald and Hillary a “thing” to this day. That hasn’t even been on anyone’s minds since the election. However, for one reason or another, these Republicans are constantly trying to get Hillary investigated and thrown in prison. Which is just ridiculous. And, apparently, Jeff Sessions seems to think so, as well.
When asked by GOP Senator, Jim Jordan, why he hasn’t formed a second special counsel of investigators to dive into Hillary Clinton, Sessions was quick to respond. The Attorney General said that it would take, “a factual basis that meets the standard of a special counsel.”
He further elaborated on his point, stating, “We will use the proper standards and that’s the only thing I can tell you, Mr. Jordan. You can have your idea but sometimes we have to study what the facts are and to evaluate whether it meets the standards it requires.”
Ha. That’s funny. A member of the Trump administration saying they prefer to look at “the facts.” Donald Trump is allergic to facts and immune to knowledge. The man’s a buffoon who should be removed from office immediately!
